



Crawler mobile crushing plant is specially designed for crushing operation under rugged and complicated road conditions.
It adopts fully hydraulic driven crawler chassis, equipped with self-developed intelligent traveling system, integrating feeding, crushing (jaw, cone, impact or VSI), screening (vibrating screen with optional layers), conveying and other process equipment, and equipped with diesel power system. It can directly crush raw materials into ideal particles at stone quarrying site or construction waste demolition site, saving transportation cost, site cost, and time cost.
After completing the crushing work at one site, it can be transferred to other crushing sites at any time and start working immediately, which greatly improves the working efficiency and return on investment.

🟠Feeding: Raw materials (e.g. granite, basalt, concrete waste) are loaded into the vibrating feeder using an excavator, which conveys the materials evenly into the jaw crusher chamber.
🟠Crushing: The movable jaws periodically squeeze the fixed jaws to complete the crushing process, crushing the material to the target size (20-80 mm, adjustable). For multi-stage crushing, two crushers (e.g. Jaw + Cone) can be used for finer and more precise (5-50 mm) particle control.
🟠Screening and unloading: An optional built-in vibrating screen is available to classify the crushed material (e.g. 10 mm, 20 mm, 40 mm). Passable aggregate is unloaded into trucks via a conveyor belt and oversize particles are returned to the crusher for reprocessing.
